Description
Copper ring handmade from copper wire. The ring has been lacquered to try to keep the bright copper colour, but it may rub off with use. To make this ring I start by cutting a length of copper wire. Using pliers, I twist the ends into a double curl or swirl. Then I shape it wire into a ring using a ring mandrel and hammer. I lightly hammer the ring, partly to make the copper a bit less bendy and partly to give a more interesting finish. The ring is about 1.8cm tall and comes in a black presentation box.
